When I think on Courtney & Ryan, I always think of the phrase "meant to be". I actually met Courtney by chance while she was at work. I was photographing a family session at The Gardens on Spring Creek. Her perky smile lit up the room as I entered the welcome center (or whatever they call it (o: ), and I said something about the fact that it was raining outside. She asked me what I was doing there, and the rest is history.
I spent more time with Courtney and Ryan while photographing their engagement session in Old Town. These two sure know how to have fun! We started by taking a few photos in the square and decided to go to Mary's Mountain Cookies. They love that place. We wrapped up our session at Lucky Joe's where they spent a lot of time together when they first started dating. I just remember smiling ear to ear the whole time. They were so much fun to hang out with, and their loving devotion to making each laugh spoke through their photos.
If you know Courtney & Ryan, you probably already knew all of that, and if you were at their wedding, you probably weren't surprised by the giant party they threw to celebrate their marriage with family and friends. Ohhh...and it started raining right after their ceremony began. You know what that means? GOOD LUCK! Congratulations again your two! I can't wait to see your family grow and be able to capture those moments. Thank you for choosing me to preserve the memories of your day!
*WARNING: There are a few photos of Courtney and her Dad that will probably make you cry, because I did.
