I honestly can't get over the Rocky Mountain National Park engagement session I did with these two. There was just something magic in the air that day, (probably love), that just lit a spark in my heart and pushed me to create some work that I really love. Ali & Jesse are crazy about each other, and it shows! There is something really special about loving your partner the way they do, and I am just so glad they chose me to photograph their wedding at the Estes Park Resort this summer!
These two came out to visit Colorado for their engagement session and the food tasting they needed to do as a part of their wedding planning. For the most part I feel like we really lucked out on the weather because there is often snow in Rocky Mountain National Park this time of year. It was a little chilly towards the second half of our session, and the wind picked up BIG time. I just did what I always do, and worked with the wind! I love the way it blew around Ali's dress and even her hair.
If you're looking for tips on what to wear for your engagement session, I highly recommend you take a look here. These two did such an awesome job at putting together outfits! I especially loved the soft blue tones combined with the color + texture of the grass around Sheep Lakes.
You guys totally rocked your engagement session! Thanks for bringing it, and being up for anything. I can't wait until your wedding. Just 4 more months from today!
